SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:


  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days)



Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping Only:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for international shipping in the near future.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the link provided.


Shipping Issues or Delays:

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us at controlpain@icloud.com with your order number.


Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

CONTROL PAIN LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is marked delivered, please contact your carrier for assistance.


PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

  • The first wave of orders will be in stock and will ship immediately.
  • All orders placed after the amount listed will be processed as standard and will require an estimated 2–3 week production and shipping period.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy:

All sales are final. At this time, CONTROL PAIN LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.


Defective or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@controlpain.co with:


  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the issue



We’ll take care of you and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchange Requests:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’re unhappy with your order due to an error on our part, reach out and we’ll provide the next steps.


Final Sale Items:

All items listed on sale or clearance are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

CONTROL PAIN LLC — Pre-Order, Returns & Chargeback Policy


Pre-Order Policy

Some CONTROL PAIN LLC product drops are offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders secure your item before production is complete.


First Wave Orders

- The first wave of amount listed, orders will ship immediately.

- All orders placed after this wave will be processed as pre-orders and require an estimated 2–3 week production and fulfillment period from the drop date.


Agreement to Wait Time

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated 2–3 week wait time. This information appears at checkout and in the order confirmation email.


Returns & Exchanges (Pre-Orders)

All Pre-Orders Are Final Sale

Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified after they are submitted.


No Returns for Sizing or Preference

Because pre-order items are made specifically for your order, CONTROL PAIN LLC does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Fit
  • Color or preference
  • Change of mind


Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Accurate Address Required

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. CONTROL PAIN LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once a tracking number is provided and shows “Delivered,” CONTROL PAIN LLC is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Misplaced packages


Tracking confirmation is considered proof of delivery.



Chargebacks & Disputes


Pre-Order Timeframe Acknowledgment

Submitting a chargeback for an order still within the stated 2–3 week pre-order window is considered an unjustified dispute.


Fraudulent Claims

CONTROL PAIN LLC disputes all fraudulent chargebacks and provides supporting documentation including:

  • Order details
  • Proof that policies were displayed at checkout
  • Order confirmation emails
  • Pre-order agreement
  • Tracking information


Customer Agreement

By completing checkout, you confirm that you:

  • Understand when an item is a pre-order
  • Agree to the 2–3 week waiting period
  • Accept CONTROL PAIN LLC’s Pre-Order, Returns & Chargeback Policy
